Eileen’s creative nonfiction appears in the Summer 2026 issue of The Baltimore Review, with poetry forthcoming in Sand Hills Literary Magazine this fall.

Her writing career spans journalism, advertising and film. She contributed to Next Now, J. Walter Thompson’s book on emerging social trends, wrote about food as a freelance magazine journalist, and spent nearly a decade as a content strategy director and copywriter for brands including Virgin, Universal Studios, Hewlett-Packard, Visa and Budget Rent a Car.

In film, Eileen executive produced two documentaries for Heifer International: Passing on the Gift, created for the organization’s 60th anniversary, which screened at the United Nations and reached 350,000 subscribers and donors; and Seeds, Hope and Concrete, a film about urban agriculture. She later served as Education Outreach Director for the Boulder International Film Festival.
